Correct food combinations


he different food groups are digested by the body differently in different parts of the body and of course using different chemicals. The milk should not be consumed along with the meat , but it is a good combination of fruit (except citrus ) . beverages
Wine ( red or white ) , should never be drunk with beer.

Water in food
Never drink large quantities of water with food or immediately after , as it will slow down the digestion.

Finally, a good combination of foods include foods with protein and foods with low starch content ( eg meat and green vegetables) . The green vegetables can also be combined with a starchy vegetables ( such as rice , spinach , etc. ) .
